Tomer has Vast experience in representing publically traded & private companies (including high tech, bio-med and start-up companies) in their on-going business as well as in cross border local and international transactions (e.g. Mergers & Acquisitions; Private and public financing & capital raisings, corporate reorganizations etc.).

 

A graduate of Tel Aviv University (B.A. Economics, 1999 & LL.B. 1999) and a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000.
