Andrew’s practice centres on advising Israel’s leading financial institutions, investment houses, family offices and HNWIs on their investments in international private equity, private debt and hedge funds. Andrew also specializes in the drafting of limited partnership agreements and related documentation.

Andrew also has significant experience in advising both public and private companies on a variety of corporate and commercial cross-border transactions, including flotations, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital fund raisings and corporate re-organisations and the drafting of a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements.

Andrew trained and worked in the Corporate Finance Department of Addleshaw Booth & Co. (a leading UK law firm, now Addleshaw Goddard LLP) dealing with both large UK and international clients.

After moving to Israel, Andrew worked in the International Corporate Departments of both Yigal Arnon & Co. and Barnea & Co.

Andrew read law at the University of Manchester (LL.B (Hons) 1996) and attended The College of Law, Store Street, London, 1997.

Andrew has been a member of the Law Society of England and Wales since 1999 and the Israel Bar Association since 2004.

Recommended individual for capital markets and corporate M&A work and recommended by London based solicitors in connection with international work with a UK dimension – “Knowledgeable and pragmatic” – Legal 500.

Andrew speaks English and Hebrew.
