Moshe provides legal representation in disputes with respect to all fields of commercial law including matters that relate to, inter alia, shareholders, commercial torts, trade secrets, contracts, real estate, IP, banking, administrative appeals, tenders and more.

Moshe has a deep understanding of the Israeli business sector and has provided legal assistance for many years to clients involved in various branches of the market, including technology companies, construction companies, venture capital funds, media, hospitals, and more. Moshe represents his wide range of clients in all levels of court proceedings, quasi-legal proceedings and various other forums such as arbitration and mediation. Additionally, Moshe also represents private venture capitalists and businesspeople regarding various legal issues.

Moshe has vast experience in commercial law, which gives him a significant advantage in understanding his client’s legal and commercial status.

Throughout his legal experience, Moshe gained unique expertise in property law and accompanies real estate developers and construction companies on a wide variety of proprietary issues that deal with the planning and construction processes, condominiums, property rights, administrative appeals and tender issues. Moreover, Moshe’s cases have led to numerous legal precedents in the aforementioned practice fields.

Additionally, Moshe is highly experienced in a wide variety of class action suits, from private companies to different governmental authorities.
